Job summary

K9 Resorts Luxury Pet Hotel is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to lead daily operations and manage a dedicated team at our New Jersey resort. You’ll act as a key holder, coach staff, and ensure a seamless, 5-star experience for every guest across boarding, daycare, and grooming services.

Ideal candidates bring supervisory experience, strong leadership, and a proactive sales mindset to convert inquiries into enrollments while upholding brand standards and safety. Weekend availability is required.

• Represent the brand at events and promote services and packages.
