Dogtopia in Indiana is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help lead our daycare, boarding, and spa operations. You will partner with the General Manager to coach team members, support enrollment growth, ensure operational excellence, and create the Best Day Ever for every dog and pet parent who walks through our doors.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of leadership or management experience, excels in customer service and communication, and can motivate, coach, and hold the team accountable

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and hold team members accountable.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Weekend and holiday availability as needed.
