Happy Dog, part of Digs Dog Care, seeks a Front Desk Associate in Carmel, IN to warmly welcome pet parents and pups. You’ll manage check-ins/outs, update profiles, and handle payments while coordinating with the grooming team. A love for dogs and strong hospitality is essential.

• Check in/out pets, update profiles, and process payments accurately.
• Answer phones professionally and maintain good phone etiquette.
• Support grooming by coordinating appointments and handoffs.
• Keep front desk and lobby clean, organized, and welcoming.
