Digs Dog Care is seeking a Front Desk Associate for WoofDah! who will be the welcoming face for pet parents and pups. You will manage check-ins/outs, handle profiles and payments, and support grooming coordination in a fast-paced, pet-loving environment.

Qualifications

• Genuine love for dogs and hospitality.
• Strong written and verbal communication with phone etiquette.
• Highly organized with sharp attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a calm, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Experience with handling front desk and grooming coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for guests, greeting pet parents and pups with warmth and professionalism.
• Check pets in and out of our system, update profiles, and process payments accurately.
• Answer phones promptly and maintain excellent phone etiquette at all times.
• Support grooming by communicating service details and coordinating appointments.
• Inform clients about services, products, and updates relevant to their pup.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming front desk and lobby area.
• Keep clear daily notes for seamless team communication.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and cleaning protocols.
• Assist with daycare play groups and kennel areas as needed.
• Contribute to culture and hospitality across the team.
