Job summary

Digs Dog Care is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to support daily resort operations, bridging front and back of house, and upholding safety, service, and hospitality standards. You will coach teammates, solve real-time problems, and reinforce a culture of accountability and care.

The role requires leading shifts, managing staffing and resources, and maintaining open communication with leadership. Expected to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience working with animals in a professional setting; familiarity with animal behavior and basic health needs.
• Ability to supervise and train staff in animal handling, safety, and customer service.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional service to pet parents with professionalism and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily huddles and assign shift responsibilities across departments.
• Coach and develop team members through feedback and problem solving.
• Ensure safety, cleaning, and care protocols are followed during shifts.
• Support onboarding and training of new teammates.
• Resolve client concerns promptly and with empathy.
