Qualifications

• Experience leading and coaching teams across departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily huddles and assign shift responsibilities across departments.
• Serve as the on‑duty point of contact for teammates and clients.
• Coach and develop staff to uphold safety, service, and hospitality standards.
• Ensure execution of safety, cleaning, and care protocols throughout the shift.
• Handle client concerns with empathy and relay client instructions clearly.
