Job summary

American Rheinmetall Vehicles is seeking a Lead Scheduler to develop and manage Integrated Master Schedules for major DoD programs. You will work with project teams to ensure earned value processes are followed and schedules stay compliant with DoD guidance.

The role requires experience with MS Project, Deltek Open Plan, and Primavera, plus strong communication skills to liaise with CAMs and stakeholders. Domestic travel up to 10% may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline.
• 5+ years of professional experience.
• 3+ years in DoD Contract Program Scheduling.
• Experience using Scheduling Software (MS Project, Deltek Open Plan, Primavera).
• PMI certifications (PMP or PMI-SP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop IMS for large Combat Vehicle programs with EVM.
• Ensure compliance with DoD schedules, guides, and standards.
• Execute PMB changes via Baseline Change process.
• Train CAMs in resource-loaded schedules and backup data.
• Communicate schedule status to stakeholders in writing and verbally.
• Perform Critical Path and Schedule Risk Analysis.
• Support monthly AR dashboards with Project Finance.
