Job summary

RPMGlobal is seeking a skilled program scheduler to develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for DoD or defense-related programs. You will use Microsoft Project and Milestone Professional to deliver detailed IMS artifacts and presentations to team leads.

You will conduct IMS health checks, what-if analyses, and produce clear, concise materials for recurring meetings. Strong collaboration across cross-functional teams and proficiency with MS Office are essential.

Qualifications

• MDAP/ACAT I/II experience in government or defense programs preferred.
• Specialized field experience in Project Management, Business Management/Administration.
• Minimum 5 consecutive years in the last 10 as program scheduler for complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, integrate, and present IMS using MS Project and Milestone Professional.
• Develop a detailed IMS for key activities aligned with program goals.
• Provide schedule status reviews and update meetings with team leads.
• Perform IMS health checks and what-if analyses per policy.
• Present IMS data and create slides using PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
