Job summary

ClearPlan, LLC. is seeking experienced Program Planners with hands-on expertise in Program Planning and Scheduling for DoD contracts. Candidates should have DoD exposure and EVMS experience, with at least 25% travel to client sites across Fortune 500 DoD programs.

Responsibilities include leading WBS/IMS architecture, developing resource-loaded schedules, and ensuring compliance with DI-MGMT-81861 and scheduling policies.

Qualifications

• Experience leading program planning/scheduling for DoD contracts.
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management and cost/schedule integration.
• Ability to perform DCMA 14-point analysis and SRAs.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture of program planning & control framework (WBS and IMS).
• Develop Resource Loaded IMS for proposals and post-award projects.
• Baseline Resource Loaded IMS per DI-MGMT-81861 for DoD programs.
• Support EVMS implementation and data tracking.
• Maintain IMS and forecasting across multiple projects.
• Conduct DCMA 14-point analysis and health checks.
• Perform Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA).
• MaintainEVMS processes and procedures.
