Job summary

American Rheinmetall seeks a Scheduler II to develop and manage integrated master schedules for DoD programs, ensuring resource-loaded plans and EVM compliance. You will interface with Project Finance and Program Management to enforce scheduling processes and provide data-driven status updates.

The role requires strong communication skills, a bachelor’s degree, and 5+ years in DoD contract scheduling, with occasional travel up to 10%. Proficiency in MS Project, Deltek, and Primavera is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline.
• Comprehensive knowledge of scheduling basics and best practices.
• Entry level knowledge of Earned Value Management metrics.
• Ability to anticipate, plan and adapt to changing conditions.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to tackle tough problems with complex solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for large DoD programs.
• Monitor and control schedules with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles.
• Communicate schedule status to stakeholders in writing and verbally.
• Support PMB changes through Baseline Change process.
