Job summary

DCS Corp in Sterling Heights, MI seeks a skilled program scheduler to develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for DoD programs, using Microsoft Project and Milestone Professional.

You will present IMS data at recurring meetings, create slide decks with MS Office, and perform IMS health checks and what-if analyses to support program decisions.

Required are US citizenship, ability to obtain security clearance, and 5–10 years of schedule experience on complex DoD programs.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required due to sensitive customer requirements.
• Ability to obtain security clearance.
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in related field with years of PM experience.
• 5+ years as a program scheduler for complex government or commercial programs.
• Experience with DoD MDAP ACAT I/II programs.
• 5+ years using scheduling tool suites: MS Project, Milestone, Primavera; Monte Carlo tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Present IMS data in recurring meetings and develop slides using MS Office.
• Perform IMS health checks and What-If analyses.
• Collaborate with team leads during schedule status reviews.
• Lead cross-functional process teams on integrated project schedules.
