Job summary

Raytheon in Massachusetts seeks an Onsite Program Planner/ Scheduler for DoD programs. You will develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in MS Project, ensuring baseline accuracy and compliance with government requirements.

Two years of planning or scheduling experience and proficiency with MS Project, Primavera, or Open Plan are required. PMP certification is preferred. This role includes comprehensive benefits and a path to advanced EVMS capabilities.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field and minimum of 2 years of Program Planning or Scheduling or Project Management experience.
• Experience using software designed for creating and maintaining industry related schedules (MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, or similar scheduling software).
• PMP Certification preferred for advanced program planning roles.
• Ability to decompose statements of work into basic elements and translate into workable program plans.

Responsibilities

• Onsite support to the development and maintenance of the program IMS in MS Project, based on customer requirements.
• Detail plan and maintain the IMS throughout the program lifecycle and incorporate contractual changes to maintain baselines.
• Ensure the IMS complies with government customer requirements across all program phases.
• Ensure the IMS is resource loaded with target budgets and demonstrates cost/schedule integration.
• Communicate IMS status, critical path analysis, schedule variance, and what-if results to planning leads, PMs, customers, and senior management.
• Support EAC and LRE processes as they relate to the Program IMS.
• Develop and maintain the Program Master Phasing Schedule using Milestones Professional Software.
