Job summary

ClearPlan Consulting is seeking experienced Program Planners with hands-on expertise in Program Planning and Scheduling for DoD contracts. You will work on Architecture of planning frameworks, IMS development, and EVMS integration for Fortune 500 DoD clients across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Program Planning/Scheduling in MS Project or Open Plan.
• DoD contracting experience preferred.
• Experience in Program Management, Government Compliance Audits and EVMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead Architecture of Program Planning & Control framework (WBS/Integrated Master Plan).
• Develop Resource Loaded IMS for Proposal Projects per scheduling policies.
• Develop Baseline Resource Loaded IMS for Post Award Projects per DI-MGMT-81861.
• Support implementation of Earned Value Management and cost/schedule integration.
• Maintain Resource Loaded IMS and forecasting.
• Conduct DCMA 14 Point Analysis and schedule health checks.
• Conduct Schedule Risk Analysis (SRAs).
• Maintain EVMS processes and data tracking.
