Job summary

American Rheinmetall is seeking a Scheduler II to develop and manage integrated schedules for DoD programs, ensuring resource loading and Earned Value Management practices are followed. The role interfaces with Program Management and Finance to maintain schedules and dashboards.

You will train CAMs, perform risk analyses, and communicate schedule status to stakeholders. Travel up to 10% and occasional Europe travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is required.
• Entry level knowledge of Earned Value Management metrics.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to anticipate, plan and adapt to changing conditions.
• Experience with scheduling software is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for large DoD programs.
• Monitor and control schedules with Earned Value Management principles.
• Assist CAMs in creating resource-loaded schedules and backups.
• Communicate schedule status to internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform Critical Path and Schedule Risk Analysis and report results.
• Support monthly dashboard generation with Finance.
