Job summary

American Rheinmetall is seeking a Scheduler I to lead the development of Integrated Master Schedules for large DoD programs and provide scheduling support across program management and product development projects.

You will work with CAMs and IPTs to ensure resource-loaded schedules and EVMS compliance, with potential travel up to 10% and occasional travel to Europe. A Bachelor’s degree and DoD scheduling experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Accounting or Business Administration or related field.
• Expert knowledge of scheduling basics and earned value management metrics.
• Experience with DoD contract program scheduling and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Lead Integrated Master Schedule development for large DoD programs.
• Ensure compliance with DoD scheduling guides and EVMS requirements.
• Perform Critical Path and Schedule Risk Analysis and report status to stakeholders.
