Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in graphics and multimedia development using software such as CorelDraw and Photoshop CS5.
• Maintaining digital archives (photographs, vignettes, videos, and quotes).
• Experience in joint or Service doctrine development and publishing processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-call technical support and help desk capability.
• Receive and resolve user issues by email, phone, and in-application tickets.
• Maintain online record of reported problems and resolutions.
• Escalate unresolved requests to the Government Information Systems Owner.
