JCS Solutions LLC in Arlington, VA is seeking a Help Desk Specialist to provide phone and in-person support for email, directories, and standard Windows applications. You will be the initial contact for hardware/software issues and troubleshooting PC and printer problems, supporting DoD-related environments.

The role requires US citizenship, active Secret clearance, CompTIA A+ and Security+ certifications, and 4+ years in help desk or technical support. On-site at the Pentagon area.

Formación

• 4 or more years of experience in help desk or technical support.
• Certification: CompTIA A+, Security+
• Experience with Windows desktop applications
• Knowledge of e-mail systems and directories
• PC and printer troubleshooting skills
• Must be US Citizen and onsite in Arlington, VA (Pentagon)
