Responsabilités

• Process DEERS enrollment and updates and verify eligibility.
• Issue and control DoD Identification Cards (CAC/ID) at RAPIDS terminals.
• Provide ID card services to DoD personnel, retirees, dependents, and contractors.
• Assist customers with questions regarding DEERS, eligibility, and benefits.
