Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years' experience in a Customer Service environment.
• HR background in Military Pay, Military Personnel, Travel Claims or Navy Transportation.
• Proficient in both oral and written communication.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• U.S. citizen and possess favorably adjudicated NACLC security investigation.

Aufgaben

• Provide ID Card services at DEERS/RAPIDS sites and assist customers with eligibility requirements.
• Verify identity and eligibility of DoD beneficiaries and issue DoD Identification Cards.
• Perform DEERS updates, PIN resets, and PKI certificate management.
• Maintain RAPIDS workstations and assist customers with CAC processing and questions.
• As Verifying Official (VO), ensure accuracy of data input and card issuance.
