Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years' experience in a Customer Service environment.
• HR background in Military Pay, Military Personnel, Travel Claims or Navy Transportation.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain RAPIDS workstations, process CACs, and assist customers with questions concerning identification card eligibility, DEERS, and related requirements.
• Verify identity and eligibility of DoD beneficiaries; issue DoD Identification Cards and perform DEERS updates.
• Answer telephone inquiries and provide ICA services as necessary.
