Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years’ experience in a Customer Service environment.
• HR background in Military Pay, Military Personnel, Travel Claims or Navy Transportation.
• Proficient in both oral and written communication.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide ID Card services (DEERS/RAPIDS) to DoD personnel, retirees and dependents at Navy installations.
• Verify identity and eligibility, issue DoD Identification Cards, and perform DEERS updates.
• Operate RAPIDS workstations, assist customers with requirements, and handle PIN resets.
• Maintain security of CAC/PKI materials and provide support as VO on DEERS/RAPIDS terminals.
