Job summary

Knowesis Inc. seeks a Personnel/Operations Specialist to support HR and personnel readiness functions at the PHCoE.

You will track staffing metrics, assist onboarding, and ensure accurate workforce accountability within a hybrid telework environment. Qualifications include a Bachelor's in HR/Business Admin and 3–5 years DoD HR operations experience; DoD onboarding exposure and strong MS Excel skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 to 5 years of DoD human resources operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide human resources support, including personnel action documentation development and tracking of personnel actions.
• Generate and maintain the staff directory, daily accountability reports, workforce composition spreadsheets, and organizational charts.
• Support government technical leads in tracking personnel readiness and mandatory training compliance.
• Provide general administrative assistance support to the PHCoE branches as required.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

At least 3 to 5 years of DoD HR operations experience
