Job summary

Kinsley Power Systems seeks a highly experienced Financial Analyst SME with HR expertise to support SAF/OC and CDM CCSO in a fast-paced, R&D driven environment at the Fort Washington facility. The role requires senior level knowledge in financial and human resource management, with extensive DoD budgeting and PPBE experience.

Responsibilities include PPBE guidance analysis, data integrity across DoD systems, and support for manpower management and HR actions.

Qualifications

• Fifteen+ years of related work experience.
• Ten+ years in support of a DoW component.
• Five+ years in DoW PPBE processes and budgeting.
• Five+ years in workforce management including Recruit Fill, Reassignment, Transfer, Detail, Promotion, and Resignation actions.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyze planning/programming guidance and PPBE timelines and data calls.
• Verify and report accuracy of data in DoD/DAF financial systems (ABIDES, ASARs).
• Document, record, track, and update enterprise financial/resources data.
• Compile and review program spend plans and weekly financial reports; recommend remediation.
• Inform HAF/SAF TMT on PPBE activities; support budget briefings.
