Job summary

Knowesis is hiring a Personnel/Operations Specialist to support the PHCoE's human resources and personnel readiness functions. You will track staffing metrics, assist with onboarding, and maintain accurate accountability of the workforce.

Hybrid telework is allowed with routine and situational telework. A Tier 2 clearance is required, and a 60k-75k salary range is provided for this full-time role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of DoD HR operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide human resources support including personnel action documentation development and tracking of personnel actions.
• Generate and maintain the staff directory, daily accountability reports, workforce composition spreadsheets, and organizational charts.
• Support government technical leads in tracking personnel readiness and mandatory training compliance.
• Provide general administrative assistance support to the PHCoE branches as required.
