K2 is seeking an HR Assistant to support civilian personnel hiring and onboarding for a DoD mission at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam. You will be the go-to expert for hiring managers, driving recruitment workflows and HR operations from end to end, shaping the candidate experience and ensuring smooth onboarding.

The role emphasizes precision, proactivity, and collaboration in a high-stakes environment, with responsibilities that anchor the civilian HR lifecycle and alignment with mission needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications — Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Familiarity with PDF document management tools such as Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to brief individuals and groups.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Close attention to detail and strong follow-through on assigned tasks.
• High degree of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive personnel information.
