Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication for senior leadership briefs.

Responsibilities

• Provide program management and HR support to Air Force/DoD organizations.

• Develop workforce plans, staffing strategies, and organizational changes.
• Prepare schedules, status reports, briefings, and program documentation.
• Track metrics on personnel, staffing, training, and performance.
