• Manages capture efforts for assigned DoD markets.
• Develops qualified leads and business opportunities.
• Tracks opportunities and reports progress.
• Oversees proposal development with PMs, technical teams, finance and contracts.
• Maintains relationships with customers and industry partners.
• Attends industry meetings and conferences as required.
