• Knowledge and familiarity of US government acquisition processes (FAR, OTA, SBIR/STTR, etc.).
• Excellent organizational, decision making, and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists with planning and implementing capture programs targeted toward existing and new markets.
• Manages the development and execution of capture efforts for assigned DoD market sectors.
• Actively pursues and secures qualified leads and business opportunities.
• Opportunity tracking, reporting, and management.
• Leads proposal development efforts, interfacing with Program Managers, Technical team, finance and contracts, as well as subcontractors and suppliers as required.
• Develops and maintains relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Develops and maintains relationships with key industry partners to identify opportunities for collaboration.
• Attend industry and Government meetings, industry days, and conferences as required
