M&C Saatchi World Services US is seeking a hands-on Director of Business Development to grow our work across the DoD. This hybrid role focuses on identifying, qualifying, shaping, and advancing opportunities across DoD components.

You will build partner-driven growth strategies and manage a healthy pipeline in a fast-moving team. You will bring deep DoD knowledge, strong relationships with government buyers and industry partners, and disciplined capture guidance to win prime and

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in or around the DoD market.
• 5+ years of direct DoD business development or capture experience.
• Experience identifying, qualifying, advancing, and winning federal opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage a qualified DoD pipeline aligned to WSUS growth priorities.
• Identify, qualify, and advance opportunities across DoD components.
• Develop account and partner strategies for near-term and long-term growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with government buyers, industry partners, primes, and small businesses.
• Support prime and subcontracting strategies with strong partner relationships.
• Lead BD activities for smaller opportunities and subcontracting pursuits.
• For larger pursuits, conduct front-end qualification and shape and win strategy.
• Support responses to RFIs, market research, white papers, and capability briefings.
• Participate in proposal strategy, color team reviews, and win-theme discussions.
• Track opportunities, customer interactions, and partner activity with CRM hygiene.
• Use market intelligence to understand customer priorities and competitive activity.
• Contribute to go/no-go discussions with clear opportunity-fit assessments.
• Translate WSUS capabilities into mission-relevant language for DoD.
