Job summary

Q2IMPACT is looking for a Senior Business Development Director to drive growth in its Department of War portfolio. This role will require the leader to manage all aspects of business development, from identifying opportunities to developing winning proposals and capturing strategies.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in federal business development and deep relationships within the DoW, especially with Combatant Commands. This position promises a dynamic work environment and a chance to shape a growing firm.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in federal business development, particularly within DoW.
• Demonstrated track record of winning work and growing portfolios.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent pursuits effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth across DoW portfolio and drive winning proposals.
• Own the DoW pipeline end‑to‑end, ensuring forecast accuracy.
• Build and maintain a strong network with primes and contractors.
