Oritain Government Services is seeking a Director of Federal Partnerships to lead the expansion into the U.S. DoD and Federal Government sector.

You will own the federal opportunity pipeline, shape capture strategies, and drive partnerships from pre-award to award, working with government affairs, proposals, and delivery teams. This role emphasizes credibility with senior DoD stakeholders and delivering long-term growth within the federal market.

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling into the U.S. Federal Government.
• Experience engaging with Pentagon/DoD stakeholders and contracting offices.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the federal opportunity pipeline from qualification to contract award.
• Develop capture strategies, stakeholder mapping and competitive positioning.
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs for proposals and support contract negotiations and execution.
• Maintain relationships with CORs, program offices, and prime contractors; align federal forecasting with sales.
