Qualifications

• 8+ years in business development, capture management, or DoD-related roles.
• Proven track record of winning new business from engagement to contract award.
• Strong DoD ecosystem knowledge and acquisition processes.
• Experience with FAR-based contracting and rapid acquisition pathways.
• Ability to travel ~30% and obtain DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute DoD BD strategy across components and offices.
• Build trusted relationships with operators, acquisition professionals, labs, and primes.
• Identify, qualify, shape, and capture opportunities from engagement to award.
• Maintain a multi-quarter pipeline with forecasting and CRM discipline.
• Lead capture planning, pricing support, and win-theme development.
• Engage with stakeholders to align customer priorities with product roadmap.
