Agil3 Technology Solutions LLC seeks an experienced Audio Visual/Video Teleconferencing (AV/VTC) Technician to install, operate, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot AV/VTC systems for U.S. Government projects.

The role covers conference rooms, classrooms, and auditoriums with end-to-end user support. The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years in AV/VTC, hold an active DoD Secret clearance with advanced proficiency, and provide real-time support during events while coordinating with IT and

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5+ years of professional AV/VTC, audiovisual, unified communications, or related technical support experience.
• Active DoD Secret security clearance and DoD 8140/DCWF Level Advanced proficiency for Work Role 441.
• Experience installing, configuring, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting AV/VTC equipment.
• Experience supporting conference rooms, classrooms, meeting spaces, auditoriums, or enterprise AV environments.
• Experience with video conferencing and collaboration technologies; customer-focused support.

Responsabilités

• Configure, operate, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot AV/VTC equipment and systems.
• Perform scheduled checks to ensure AV/VTC equipment is mission ready.
• Provide technical support for video conferences, meetings, and presentations.
• Set up AV/VTC equipment before events and verify audio, video, display, cameras, and conferencing functionality.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, audio, video, and peripheral issues.
• Coordinate with IT service desks and network engineers to resolve incidents.
• Maintain documentation for AV/VTC equipment, configurations, and procedures.
• Support lifecycle management, equipment replacements, and technology refresh.
