Job summary

Agil3 Technology Solutions LLC seeks an experienced AV/VTC Technician to install, operate, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot AV and VTC systems across conference rooms, classrooms, and event spaces supporting U.S. Government missions.

The role includes responding to service requests, supporting scheduled events, and guiding users in proper AV/VTC operation, with emphasis on reliability and security. On-site support in government facilities is required.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of professional AV/VTC or related technical support experience.
Active DoD Secret security clearance.
DoD 8140/DCWF requirements for Work Role 441 at Advanced proficiency level.
Experience installing, configuring, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting AV/VTC equipment.

Responsibilities

Configure, operate, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot AV/VTC equipment and systems.
Perform scheduled functionality and operational checks to ensure AV/VTC equipment is mission ready.
Provide technical support for video conferences, meetings, presentations, classroom instruction, and events.
Set up AV/VTC equipment and verify audio, video, display, camera, mic, and conferencing functionality.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, audio/video/display, and peripheral issues.
