Job summary

Agil3 Technology Solutions (A3T) seeks an experienced Audio Visual/Video Teleconferencing (AV/VTC) Technician to install, operate, and maintain AV/VTC systems supporting the U.S. Government.

You will support conference rooms, classrooms, meetings, and events, performing checks and problem-solving to ensure reliable communications. Responsibilities include testing before events, assisting users, coordinating with IT and network teams, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of professional AV/VTC or related technical support experience.
• Active DoD Secret clearance.
• DoD 8140/DCWF requirements for Work Role 441 at Advanced proficiency level.
• Experience installing, configuring, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting AV/VTC equipment.
• Experience supporting conference rooms, classrooms, and enterprise AV environments.
• Experience troubleshooting audio, video, displays, cameras, microphones, speakers, cabling, and peripheral equipment.
• Strong customer-service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with geographically dispersed teams.
• Occasional after-hours or weekend support as needed.

Responsibilities

• Configure, operate, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot AV/VTC equipment and systems.
• Perform scheduled checks to ensure equipment is mission ready.
• Provide technical support for video conferences, meetings, and events.
• Set up AV/VTC before events; verify audio, video, display, cameras, and conferencing.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and peripheral issues.
• Diagnose AV problems and escalate network or cybersecurity-related issues to engineering.
• Support conference rooms and classrooms technologies (displays, projectors, cameras, mics, speakers, control systems).
• Assist users with VTC setup and operation and provide instructions.
• Coordinate scheduling of VTC sessions and events needing AV support.
• Document troubleshooting actions and resolutions in tickets.
• Coordinate with IT Service Desk, Systems Admin, and Network Engineers for incidents.
