Job summary

Agil3 Technology Solutions LLC (A3T) seeks an experienced AV/VTC Technician to install, operate, maintain, and support AV/VTC systems for U.S. Government needs. Responsibilities include configuring gear, supporting events, and troubleshooting issues across conference rooms, classrooms, and auditoriums.

A DoD Secret clearance is required, with strong customer service and documentation skills essential. The role covers installation, testing, preventive maintenance, and coordination with IT teams

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of professional AV/VTC or related technical support experience.
• Active DoD Secret security clearance and DoD 8140/DCWF compliance.
• Experience installing, configuring, operating, and troubleshooting AV/VTC equipment.
• Experience supporting conference rooms, classrooms, and enterprise AV environments.
• Experience with video conferencing and collaboration technologies.
• Strong documentation and incident-tracking skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure, operate, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot AV/VTC equipment and systems.
• Perform scheduled checks to ensure AV/VTC is mission ready.
• Provide technical support for video conferences, meetings, and events.
• Set up AV/VTC equipment before events and verify audio/video functionality.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and peripheral issues.
• Diagnose AV problems and escalate network or cybersecurity-related issues.
• Support conference-room and classroom tech including displays, cameras, and control systems.
• Assist users with operating video teleconferences and AV presentations.
• Provide instructions and technical support for proper AV/VTC operation.
• Coordinate VTC sessions and events with IT service desks and engineers.
• Document troubleshooting actions and resolutions in tickets.
• Coordinate with external vendors for complex issues.
