Job summary

Agil3 Technology Solutions (A3T) is seeking an experienced AV/VTC Technician to install, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot AV and VTC systems supporting U.S. Government programs.

You will support conference rooms, classrooms, and events with reliable audiovisual and collaboration capabilities. The role requires 3–5+ years in AV/VTC, a DoD Secret clearance, and hands-on experience with conference rooms and collaboration technologies.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of professional AV/VTC or related technical support experience.
• Active DoD Secret security clearance.
• DoD 8140/DCWF requirements for Work Role 441 at Advanced proficiency level.
• Experience installing, configuring, operating, and troubleshooting AV/VTC equipment.
• Experience supporting conference rooms, classrooms, and enterprise AV environments.
• Experience troubleshooting audio, video, displays, cameras, microphones, speakers, and cabling.
• Experience supporting video conferencing and collaboration technologies.
• Experience providing real-time technical support during meetings or high-visibility events.
• Experience performing preventive maintenance and checks on AV/VTC systems.

Responsibilities

• Configure, operate, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot AV/VTC equipment and systems.
• Perform scheduled checks to keep equipment mission-ready.
• Provide technical support for video conferences, meetings, and events.
• Set up AV/VTC before events and verify audio, video, display, and conferencing functions.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and peripheral issues.
• Diagnose AV problems and route network or cybersecurity issues to engineering.
• Support conference rooms and classrooms with displays, projectors, cameras, and control systems.
• Assist users with establishing and operating video teleconferences and presentations.
• Provide user instructions and technical assistance for AV/VTC operation.
• Coordinate with IT Service Desk and Network Engineers to resolve incidents.
