Job summary

Agil3 Technology Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced AV/VTC Technician to install, operate, maintain, monitor, troubleshoot, and support AV/VTC systems for DoD and government programs.

You will configure and test equipment in conference rooms, classrooms, and auditoriums, support video conferences and presentations, and assist users with proper operation of AV/VTC gear. A DoD Secret clearance is required and advanced AV certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have 3-5+ years of professional AV/VTC or related support experience.
• Must have an active DoD Secret security clearance.
• Must meet DoD 8140/DCWF requirements for Work Role 441 at Advanced proficiency.
• Experience installing, configuring, operating, maintaining AV/VTC equipment.
• Experience supporting conference rooms, classrooms, auditoriums, or similar environments.
• Ability to diagnose AV problems across equipment, network, or computing infrastructure.
• Experience with ITSM/trouble-ticketing systems.
• Strong customer-service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure, operate, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot AV/VTC equipment and systems.
• Provide technical support for video conferences, meetings, and presentations.
• Set up AV/VTC equipment before events and verify functionality.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and peripheral issues.
• Coordinate with IT Service Desk, Systems Administrators, and Network Engineers.
• Maintain accurate AV/VTC equipment records and documentation.
• Assist with inventory and lifecycle-management activities.
• Provide after-hours or weekend support as needed.
