Zusammenfassung

Opensity Solutions is seeking a Documents Specialist to create, format, and convert documents using MS Office and PDF tools. You will handle complex documents, spreadsheets, and transcription tasks while supporting special projects.

You will manage time-sensitive materials with confidentiality, perform document diagnostics, and maintain accuracy through proofreading and cross-checking. Training and onsite sessions are provided, with a hybrid schedule after 90 days.

Qualifikationen

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year in document outsourcing or legal industry preferred.
• Able to learn responsibilities through a mix of in-person, remote, and self-guided training.
• Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with PDF manipulation (Adobe Acrobat or Kofax) a plus.

Aufgaben

• Create, revise, reformat, and convert documents using MS Office, PDF tools, and transcription software.
• Prepare and edit complex documents, spreadsheets, charts.
• Provide coordination and administrative support for special projects.
• Efficient handling of time sensitive and confidential materials.
• Perform document diagnostic activities related to inconsistencies.
• Create or revise work product via keyboard entry, scanner, or electronic input; transcribe audio/deposition transcripts as required.
• Spell check, proofread and cross-check documents for accuracy.
• Pursue skill development through training and onsite sessions.
