Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a Document Services Specialist in Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on creating, revising, formatting, and converting documents using MS Office, PDF tools, and transcription software, with attention to accuracy and confidentiality.

You will support complex document preparation, workflow coordination for projects, and independent handling of time-sensitive materials while leveraging Adobe Acrobat or Kofax where needed.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1+ year in document outsourcing or legal industry preferred.
• Ability to learn responsibilities via training and self-guided learning.
• Able to multitask with strong attention to detail and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Create, revise, format, and convert documents using MS Office, PDF tools and transcription software.
• Prepare and edit complex documents, spreadsheets, charts.
• Provide coordination and admin support for special projects.
• Handle confidential materials with discretion and timeliness.
• Proofread and cross-check documents for accuracy.
