Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year document production experience preferably in a legal, banking or large corporate environment.
• Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); strong keyboarding and typing skills.
• Familiar with other software for editing/creating documents.
• Strong attention to detail; able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good organizational skills; meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
• Ability to handle confidential documents and information with discretion.
• Good judgment, problem solving, and professional composure under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Utilize logs/tracking software for document production work.
• Assess job requests and ensure completion through lifecycle.
• Perform document production, proofreading, intake and workflow tasks as needed.
• Edit, proof, convert, create or transcribe to client specifications.
• Communicate with team, lead, supervisor or client about deadlines.
• Meet contracted service delivery deadlines; maintain quality assurance.
• Troubleshoot basic software/hardware issues as they arise.
• Support proactive service improvements and client relationship building.
