Job summary

Williams Lea by RRD is seeking a Senior Document Production Associate to provide word processing and document production services for clients. You will perform production work according to policies, assess requests, and ensure timely completion while maintaining client satisfaction.

You will edit, proofread, convert and create documents using established formats, support coordination within the team, and handle sensitive information with professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a legal, banking or large corporate environment.
• Advanced MS Office skills; strong keyboarding and typing.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Document production/word processing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform document production work according to established policies and procedures.
• Assess job requests and identify the correct process to produce documents.
• Edit, proofread, convert, create, transcribe or complete document production requests.
• Demonstrate intermediate to advanced use of equipment and software to perform tasks.
• Coordinate document production services within the team and assist with workflow.
• Troubleshoot more complex software or hardware problems.
• Meet contracted deadlines for accepting, completing, and delivering work.
• Communicate with peers, supervisor or client on job and deadline issues.
• Train junior staff members and assist peer teams as needed.
• Interact with clients in person, over the phone or electronically.
