Job summary

RRD is seeking a Document Production Associate to provide word processing and document production services for clients. The role involves using logs/tracking software, reviewing requests, and performing editing and proofreading to client standards.

Candidate must have basic MS Office proficiency, strong attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced team environment. Overtime, professional attire, and site-based work are expected.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of document production experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate document production and proofreading tasks with logs/tracking software.
• Edit, convert, transcribe, or create documents per procedures and client formats.
• Meet contracted deadlines and communicate status with team/clients.
• Troubleshoot basic software or hardware problems and maintain quality assurance.
