The Arc Mercer in EWING, NJ is seeking a Document Imaging Specialist I to scan and index records, converting physical documents to digital format while ensuring image quality. This part-time position reports to the Document Imaging Supervisor and is located at West Trenton, NJ.

The role requires basic computer skills, ability to lift up to 25 pounds, and strong attention to detail to maintain accuracy and meet deadlines. Paid training and a supportive team environment are offered.

• Operate a variety of scanning and equipment, including paper scanners, microfilm scanners, microfiche scanners, and large-format scanners.
• Ensure digital images are captured accurately and meet established quality-control standards.
• Perform quality checks to verify the accuracy, completeness, and readability of scanned documents.
• Follow established workflow procedures and maintain accurate internal records and documentation.
• Review films and digital images for extended periods while performing scanning and quality-control activities.
