Job summary

The Arc Mercer is seeking a Part-Time Document Imaging Preparation Clerk in New Jersey to support our document imaging workflow. The role requires careful attention to detail, ability to follow established procedures, and the capacity to adapt to workflow changes across locations.

You will prep documents for scanning and help maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment. Work under the Document Imaging Manager and collaborate with team members to ensure accurate preparation of materials

Qualifications

• Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to follow verbal instructions, checklists, and task lists accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist with document imaging operations per policies and procedures.
• Prepare documents for scanning by removing staples and other fasteners.
• Move Post-it notes, receipts, and other items from text and secure them when needed.
• Unfold creases and corners while maintaining proper document orientation.
