The Arc Mercer in EWING, NJ is seeking a Document Imaging Specialist I to scan and index records, converting physical documents to digital format while ensuring image quality. This part-time position reports to the Document Imaging Supervisor and is located at West Trenton, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Scan, and index records for conversion from physical to digital formats.
• Operate a variety of scanning and equipment, including paper scanners, microfilm scanners, microfiche scanners, and large-format scanners.
• Ensure digital images are captured accurately and meet established quality-control standards.
• Perform quality checks to verify the accuracy, completeness, and readability of scanned documents.
• Follow established workflow procedures and maintain accurate internal records and documentation.
• Review films and digital images for extended periods while performing scanning and quality-control activities.
