Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of project experience in document control for transportation infrastructure or construction.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; SharePoint and Bluebeam preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; detail-oriented.
• Ability to work in team or independently and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Support the Document Control Manager and team to maintain contract and project documents.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Help implement efficient workflow processes and monitor daily activity.
• Manage EDMS and document naming conventions, numbering, and distribution.
• Process incoming/outgoing documentation for contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with project leads to ensure timely processing.
