Job summary

WSP is seeking a Document Control Specialist to join our Project Controls team. The role supports the Document Control Manager and team in maintaining contract and project documents within the EDMS.

Preferred candidates have 3–5 years of document control experience in transportation infrastructure or construction, with strong MS Office and SharePoint skills. Located in Texas/Arkansas/Louisiana, on-site position with team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of project experience in document control or similar role in construction/transport infrastructure.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; SharePoint/MS365 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain document management for contracts and project docs.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed within EDMS.
• Improve workflow, monitor daily activity, and implement changes.
