Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, file, and upload project documents to SharePoint folders.
• Process drawing requests and issue drawings by transmittal.
• Maintain revision control on released drawings.
• Manage check-out/in log and report overdue statuses.
• Coordinate document flow between engineers, contractors, and vendors.
• Verify as-built drawings and turnover documents are received.
