Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking a Quality Document Control Specialist to manage and organize all QC documentation, including drawings, inspection records, logs, and procedures. You will ensure current, accessible, and compliant documents across the team.

The role requires reading engineering drawings at a basic level, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/document management systems. Manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of document control, quality, or administrative experience in manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management/ERP systems.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings at a basic level.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update document control logs and inspection records.
• Track revision history and ensure version control across QC documents.
• Organize and maintain physical and digital QC filing systems.
• Keep controlled documents up to date and accessible to relevant personnel.
• Coordinate document changes (ECRs/ECOs) with engineering, production, and QC.
• Scan, upload, and back up quality documents and records.
• Support audits by retrieving requested documentation accurately.
• Verify completeness and accuracy of QC paperwork (reports, certificates, test data).
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary drawings and records.
• Assist in improving document control procedures and filing systems.
